Presenting Concerns: I provide therapy for adults struggling with various difficulties, including:
Anxiety (e.g., social anxiety, generalized anxiety and worry, panic attacks)
Low self-esteem and identity development
Relationship issues and life transitions
Emotion dysregulation and managing intense emotion

Approach: I’m committed to creating a safe and comfortable space for people of various genders, sexual orientations and identities, ethnicities, religions, and cultural backgrounds. I strive to approach everyone and all situations in an open-minded, genuine, and compassionate manner. I aim to work collaboratively with clients to help them reach their goals and live the life that they want.
I have experience providing evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Training/Experience: I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Dalhousie University. During my training, I presented at national and international conferences and published in scientific journals. I completed my pre-doctoral residency at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in the Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) Clinic and the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp) Service.

Availability: Mondays-Thursdays, 11 am-5 pm
Method of Contact: Both virtual and in-person
Waitlist: Approximately 1-2 months
Standard Rate: $290/session (no tax)
About Me: In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the city, listening to music (especially when it’s live), going to craft shows, looking at basically any type of art, and spending time with friends and family.
