Presenting Concerns: I support adolescents and adults experiencing:

Interpersonal and Relationship Issues
Approach: I use a collaborative approach to create a safe space for clients to work towards personally-meaningful goals. I approach therapy with a compassionate and non-judgmental style, and I have numerous years of experience working with clients experiencing substance use, mood, and anxiety issues. I welcome people from all genders, sexual orientations, neurotypes, religions, cultures, and ethnicities.
I work from a Person-Centered approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) strategies.
Training: I have a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Psychotherapist. I have experience working in treatment centres for substance use, centres for people with developmental disabilities and am also an instructor for college-level courses in Addiction and Mental Health.
About Me: I enjoy reading, going to cultural events in the city, and spending time with my family and dogs.
